1. 玉米宜机收性状与籽粒品质性状的遗传解析及分子调控机制研究

2. 玉米种质资源创新与高效利用

研究聚焦玉米籽粒脱水特性与品质形成的关键科学问题,采用数量遗传学、基因组学、生物信息学和分子生物学等多学科交叉的研究方法,系统解析目标性状的遗传基础,挖掘关键调控基因并阐明其分子作用机制。同时,整合分子标记辅助选择、全基因组选择、基因编辑等现代生物技术,构建精准高效的优质宜机收玉米分子设计育种技术体系,推动玉米育种技术的创新与产业化应用。
